Late arrivals and cancellation
We understand that things come up, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment.
guests arriving over 15 mins late may be asked to reschedule as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments
No Shows
If you have not rescheduled your appointment with appropriate timing and you do not show, you will be charged 100% of the service. The charge will be invoiced to you.
I’m Late!
If you find yourself running late give us a phone call. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best to fit you in. We usually give a call at the five minute mark to know if you are running late. (Longer services may have to be shortened or rescheduled)
